Tomanage the work execution process to complete the work and handover the lifts to the customer in order tosmoothworkflow. Toassist in technical team matters that may arise in the project aswell as sales and maintenancealternativeContribute toachieving department s business objectives by meeting assignedgoals.Handle all newInstallation issues in designatedzone.Delivercontinuous quality service to each customer by constantly providingsatisfactory Installation as per Sigmastandards.Synchronize andcooperate with other departments when necessary to ensure synergysmooth work flow and customersatisfaction.Adhere to andensure employees adhere to all Sigma safety procedures andguidelines. Usecare and caution when handling customers belongings and whenpresent on customersproperties.Inspect assignedsites and oversee Installation workconducted.Establishtechnicians schedule for new installationworks.Supervisetechnicians and provide them with adequate support to ensuresatisfactory execution and completion ofwork.Manage handoverof newlyinstalled moving system and follow up on outstandingissues.Monitortechnicians tools and equipment to ensure their safetysuitability.Make sure toolsand equipment stock supply is adequate.Resolvenonconformities reported bytechnicians. Tomake technical submittals reports in cases where it is required bythe customers to explain and to givesolution andsuggestion. Toattend site technical meetings as maybe required to solve theproblems and to achieve customersatisfaction.Manage theInstallation work progress and requirement to monitor all theproject.RequirementsBachelor sDegree inEngineering1012 yearsexperience in the samefieldEngineeringstandards and codes ofpracticeContract andcommercialknowledgeNegotiationskillsTeamleadershipComputerskillsPlanningskillsProcurement andsellingskillsAbility to planorganize lead and monitor team efforts to their successfulcompletionExcellent inEnglish Language Arabic would be anadvantageBenefitsAsper UAE Law Bachelor s Degreein Engineering 5-12 years experience in the same field Engineeringstandards and codes of practice Contract and commercial knowledgeNegotiation skills Team leadership Computer skills Planning skillsProcurement and selling skills Ability to plan, organize, lead, andmonitor team efforts to their successful completion Excellent inEnglish Language, Arabic would be an advantage INT
