From these locations BSMEAcovers 68 markets through 80partners.RoleSummaryThe Area Sales ManagerCommercial will report to the Sales Manager Commercial .The AreaSales Manager is primarily responsible for handling distributers indesignated markets. This is a regional role based in Dubaiinteracting with our entities based in Middle East andAfrica.The Area Sales Manager is responsible forsetting and executing the marketing sales plan and targets in linewith the Bridgestone Group core values. They take full ownership oftheir territory in regards to knowing the market channels thecompetition and relevant pricing of the product.MainresponsibilitiesClientrelationship Managing our distributor seniorManagement and Sales Staff.Key accountmanagement.Ensuring optimization ofprofitability for the distributors andBSMEA.Supply chaininteraction Responsible for interacting withthe supply chain to ensure smooth flow of supply (over 1000SKUs).Ensure the premium image of the brand isconsistentlyportrayed.StrategicEnhancements Managing and reporting on dailyoperational issues.Responsible for improvingthe strategic mix and Strive to enhance theapproach to market in line with Bridgestones highstandards.Responsible for ensuring BridgestoneMEA strategy and vision is deployed and sharedeffectively.Managing Marketing activities andcalendar and plan along with the budget with the central Marketingteam.KeyActivities Contribute tomarket share and profitability and ensure Bridgestone Firestone andsecondary Brand presence in themarkets.Conduct market intelligence andperformance review of distributors.
