Systematically evaluate resultsobtained to further improve services in accordance with QHSSE,Operational plans and continuous improvementconcepts.Communicates field performance,support and quality objectives to Company topmanagement.Closely follows-up and reports oncompetitor's activity and developments in theirrespective area.Establish and maintain aneffective skilled support structure to meet the needs of thebusiness in the short and longer term, maximizing reliability andquality and minimizing cost exposure.Assistsin defining the budgetary requirements based on customer activityplans, and then manages it in the most productive and costefficient manner.Accountable for meeting thearea's financial goals through optimum utilization ofpersonnel, equipment and material resources, the set-up of propercontrol systems and sound expensecontrol.Oversees material and supply inventoryto ensure effective levels of stock and inventories are kept to aminimum while meeting the area operational requirements andutilization forecast.
