Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking skilled and experienced Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join us.As a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer you will play a pivotal role in the design and development of products that involve Mechanical and Electrical design. This position requires technical proficiency, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a collaboration with multi disciplinary teams. Experience in working on New Product development is a must.Responsibilities Include :Design and Development: Hands on contribution to product design from concept generation to final production.Ability to work hands on in Solidworks / Inventor / Creo software to generate new design concepts.Engineering Analysis: Perform engineering analyses, including finite element analysis (FEA) along with the CAE team. to validate and optimize designsCan perform mathematical calculations for the design solutions proposed.Has good experience in prototyping the conceptual design and understand the issues to mature the design of the product.Can perform product detail design understanding DFM, DFA, and functionality requirements.Experience in both plastic and sheet metal design is a mustWork closely in understanding the PRD s from the start of the project and get to its closure.Ability to select materials for the design is desirable.Knowledge on Medical design standards will be added advantage.Qualifications :Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field7-10 years of experience in mechanical design engineering, preferably in Medical domain.Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling software (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo) and engineering analysis tools Using ME Office and MS projectsDeserving candidates will be paid more than the Industry standards of renumeration.
