Associate Contract Management Specialist

Assist project teams in theexecution of the contracts as per the company policy and applicableregulations.Support and manage all activitiesrelated to the internal administration of thecontracts.Monitoring of contractualcorrespondence including preparation of letters and contractualnotices in accordance with requirements of the primecontractManage and maintain effective andaccurate records of all project contractual and commercialdocumentation;Assist with internal reportingof all commercial and contractualissues;Provide support in dealing with thecontractual and commercial issues to Projects mainly on primecontracts but may also extend to subcontracts, ifnecessary.Engage in meetings andcorrespondence with the internal stakeholder, the client,subcontractors, and other third party.Supportpreparation of technical and commercial aspects of change orderproposals, inclusive of packaging final submissions toClientComprehend, analyze and interpret termsand conditions of contract/subcontract and articulatescontract/subcontract obligations to otherstakeholders;Administer contract close outrequirementsInterface with key corporatesupport functions to ensure timely release of performanceguarantees including retentionAssist in thenegotiation of the contract terms and incorporating it to thecontract agreement.Review and analysecontracts ensuring its compliance with the company policy andprocedures.Assists in the development ofprocedures, guidelines and standard contractterms.Assist in project monitoring and projectbenchmarking.Maintain and oversee contractdatabase.Collaborate with the legalteam.Participation in financial/contractualaudits.Undertakes ad-hoc contractual andcommercial assignments and initiatives.Othertask as directed by the District ContractsManagerTypically 2-3+ years of relevant EPCexperience in the Construction IndustryDegreein Engineering or QuantitySurveying INT
