RESPONSIBILITIESResponsiblefor the daily operations of clinics in assigneddivision.Is the liaison between administrativeservices and assigned division's clinics; and implementsand ensures compliance with federal and state regulatory complianceprograms and policies.Support the financialgoals of the company by being fiscally responsible in all areas,including staffing andpurchasing.QUALIFICATIONSFiveyears operations management experience in a healthcare corporationwith multiple sites is required.Excellentcommunication skills and knowledge of medical records management isessential.Bachelor's Degree inbusiness administration or related fieldrequired.Valid Florida Driver'sLicense for travel to clinics.KEYPERFORMANCE AREASOversee and monitorthe operations activities of multiple clinical practice sites inassigned division. Ensures adherenceto the Company's Compliance Plan by allemployees.Direct and evaluates the performanceof the office managers of assigneddivision.Develop and deliver training forassigned division office managers. Overall, is responsible fortraining for all areas that report to this position (front office,lab and nursing.)Evaluate staffing levels andrecommend adjustments to VP of Operations based on patientload.Implement new policies, procedures, andspecial projects in clinic sites through the assigned divisionoffice managers.Evaluate equipment needs forclinics and makes recommendations to VP ofOperations.
