Plan and execute company events,including trade shows, conferences, and productlaunchesCoordinate with internal teams andexternal vendors to ensure successful eventexecutionDevelop and implement social mediastrategies to increase brand awareness andengagementManage the companys social mediachannels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, andLinkedInManage and oversee all eventslogistics, including budgeting, vendor selection and coordination,and on-site management.Create engaging contentfor social media platformsMonitor and analysessocial media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and makedata-driven decisionsStay up-to-date onindustry trends and best practices for event planning and socialmedia marketing to ensure they are innovative andeffective.International experience in managingevents in different countries is amustCollaborate with cross-functional teams toensure all event and social media initiatives align with overallcompany goals and objectives.RequirementsTobe considered for the role, you need to meet the followingcriteria:Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Marketing,Communications, or a related field5+ years ofexperience in event planning and management as well as social mediamarketingMust have International MediaMarketing experienceMandarin Language is aMustProven track record of successfullyplanning and executing events and social mediacampaigns.Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills, Strong understanding of social mediaplatforms and best practicesStrong projectmanagement skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask,Ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline-drivenenvironment.Experience with event planning& management software and social media managementtoolsStrong analytical skills and ability touse data to inform decisionsMailchimp or otheremail newsletter tools are essentialMembershipor high-end hospitality or luxury service Industry experience ishighly preferred INT
