ArchitectM Moser Associates is hiring a technically strong Architect to join our growing architectural design build team in India. Job Overview As an integral member of the Project Team, your job as an Architect is to assist in generation of ideas and advise team members on technical design considerations throughout the entire project lifecycle of highly complex projects.Your technical knowledge and skills are necessary to the successful outcome of the project as early as Pre-Schematic phases and through to Construction services. With emphasis on architectural design, technical data and processes, and quality control, you will work closely with designers and project managers to ensure design integrity can and will be maintained at all stages of the project. Key Responsibilities Partner with Project Managers, Senior Project Architect, Senior Designers and other design staff to troubleshoot and provide technical solutions for design challengesReview and coordinate with all consultants including structural and MEP consultant's work to ensure compliance with design solution and timely submission of documents.Participate in preparation of drawings, detailing and construction documentation for pricing and construction.Ensure design complies with all applicable building codes and standards, helping other architects and designers to take these restrictions into consideration during design phases.Strong written and communication skills internally and externally with consultants.Job RequirementsAs M Moser Associates' Architect, you are not only exceptionally skilled at executing highly technical projects but you are driven and enthusiastic about your ability to deliver projects with an exceptional level of detail and accuracy.To be successful in this job, you are someone who is self-starter and motivated by exceeding client and team expectations by delivering complex projects with minimal conflict or revisions. You will be excited to learn complexities of architecture and construction from architectural, interior design and construction teams.Qualifications & Key Competencies3+ years' experience working in an architectural firm in a similar capacityBachelor's degree in Architecture from a college/university of well repute. Master's degree in Architecture would be a plus.Proficiency in Revit BIM and AutoCad is required and proficiency in Sketchup would be a plus. It is expected that you should have knowledge and experience with common software such as Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Work and Excel) and Adobe Photoshop etc.Knowledge of sustainable and carbon neutral/positive architecture.
