· Develop corporate plans for avariety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health, andsafety etc.· Act to support the human factor inthe company by devising strategies for performance evaluation,staffing, training, and developmentetc. ·Oversee all HR initiatives, systems, andtactics.· Supervise the work of HR personneland provide guidance.· Serve as the point of contact foremployment relations and communicate with laborunions.· Monitor adherence to internalpolicies and legal standards.· Deal with grievances and violationsinvoking disciplinary action whenrequired.· Anticipate and resolve litigationrisks.· Report to senior management byanalyzing data and using HRmetrics.Requirements & skills:· Proven experience asHR Head / Senior Manager / Directorin facility management / hospitalityindustry, with minimum 5 years of same industryexperience.· Overall, 15 years ofexperience.· Certification in CIPD/ SHRM / CHRM or any other professional HR relatedismandatory.· A business acumen partnered withattention to the human element.· Knowledge of data analysis andreporting· Excellent organizational andleadership skills· Outstanding communication andinterpersonal skills INT
