Customer Service Part TimePositionWeare looking for someone who wants to provide an excellent customerservice experience to our growing list of Some of the basic dutieswe are looking for in someone are routing incoming calls toappropriate mailboxes, answering and properly screening telephonecalls and preparing outgoing email and We offer a challenging butfun work environment and provide all the necessary equipment andtraining to operate in a remoteSomeof the KeyResponsibilities*Communicate with clients and others in a sensitive and professional* Answering incoming phone callsand emails from customers, usually discussing how our program worksand answering any * Help build apositive, diverse and equitable work environment by promoting teamSkills&Experience:*High School Diploma with Accounting 12 or Math 12* Strong oral and writtencommunication * General knowledgeof Microsoft Office (Word,Excel).* You are a true customerservice * Passionate commitmentto helping * Confident andexperienced in the use of social media, tablets, smart phones,online tools, and * Takes theinitiative to find creative approaches that make each customer sexperience feel * Clearly andaccurately explain information in a professional and assertive way,and at a level appropriate for theaudienceSalary:Dependingon experience, this position pays up to $ perIfyou feel like this position is for you, please feel free to applywith resume or INT
