UI UX Designer - Digital Banking

Lead the end-to-end designprocess, from conceptualization to final implementation, ensuring aseamless and intuitive user experience across digital bankingplatforms.Collaborate with product managersand other stakeholders to define user requirements, designobjectives, and project timelines.Createwireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize and communicatedesign concepts effectively.Conduct userresearch and usability testing to gather insights and feedback foriterative design improvements.Develop andmaintain a cohesive design system and style guide to ensureconsistency across all digital bankingproducts.Stay up-to-date with industry trends,emerging technologies, and design best practices to continuouslyimprove our digital banking experience.Mentorand provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture ofdesign excellence within the team.Present anddefend design solutions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback anditerating on designs as necessary.Qualifications:Bachelor'sdegree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field(Master's degree is a plus).Minimum of5 years of professional UI/UX design experience, preferably in thefinancial industry.Proficiency in design toolssuch as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, orsimilar.Strong portfolio showcasing a range ofUI/UX design projects with an emphasis on digital banking orfintech products.Solid understanding ofuser-centered design principles and informationarchitecture.
