The Supply Chain Managercoordinates, organizes, and oversees all activities involved in theidentification, acquisition, production, and distribution of thecompany'sgoods.Duties/Responsibilities:Providestrategic leadership in order management, planning, procurement,logistics, and inventory management.Lead theprocurement department, oversee a group of buyers, and oversee theannual budget.Ensuring timely orderfulfillment to deliver month salestargets.Collaborates with other departmentsand stakeholders to identify and maintain resources needed toestablish and provide an effective supplychain.Establishes performance metrics formeasurement, comparison, or evaluation of factors affecting thesupply chain.Lead the planning team; in chargeof all order to delivery of KPIs, Material Requirements Planning(MRP) review with planners, and Demand and Supply review with keystakeholders.Develops and maintains detailedinventories of materials and supplies located in the company, atsites, and in the factory.Maintains requiredquantity of supplies and materials to optimizeproduction.Analyzes current inventories andprocedures; suggests improvements to increase efficiency of supplychain and profitability for thecompany.Develops policies to increaseefficiency throughout the supply chain while ensuring quality andsafety; implements subsequent changes toprocesses.Identifies optimal shipment andtransportation routes with attention to consolidation ofwarehousing and distribution.
