I define Electrical Building ServicesEngineering strategies and undertake feasibility works acrossnumerous project types in the Middle East I ensure thatmy team deliver high quality Building Services Engineering designson time by taking a hands on, technically focused, approachI develop technical solutions to complex problems whichrequire the regular use of ingenuity and creativity I ama key point of contact on projects, comfortable directly engagingwith clients and delivering presentations to technical andnon-technical stakeholders. I undertake project reviewsand checking in accordance with QA procedures I ensurethat Health & Safety is embedded into all work practices inline with company policies I ensure the right resourcesare utilized effectively at the right time across the team andprojects, including engaging with the Complimentary ResourceCenters (CRCs) to ensure that communication and design processesare continually improved. We'd love tohear from you if you have:I'vebachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or EquivalentI am a Chartered Engineer or working towardsI've good knowledge of analytical/designsoftware such as Revit and Amtech I've goodknowledge about local authority regulations & internationalstandards I have project management and projectleadership skills and am comfortable in a decision-making roleI drive collaboration on my projects and the widerbuilding services team I have 12+ yearspost-qualification experience with broad electrical designexperience on large but diverse projects. I have goodexperience in developing concept, schematic and detailed design ofElectrical services of large but diverse projects I am aconfident and clear communicator who is happy regularly interfacingwith our clients.
