KEYRESULTS/ACCOUNTABILITIES EXPECTED FROM THEROLE:PerformanceManagementDevelopand implement performance management strategies and processesaligned with organizational goals andvalues.Coordinateperformance appraisal cycles ensuring timely and fair evaluationsfor allemployees.Provideguidance and support to managers and employees on performanceimprovement plans and goalsetting.Analyzeperformance data to identify trends and areas for improvement andmake recommendations foraction.Conducttraining sessions for managers and employees on performancemanagement bestpractices.Learning&DevelopmentCollaboratewith department heads to identify training needs and develop annualL&Dplans.Designdeliver and evaluate training programs aimed at enhancing employeeskills andcompetencies.Coordinatewith external training providers to source relevant learningopportunities.Administerlearning platforms and tools to facilitate employee development andknowledgesharing.Monitorand report on the effectiveness of L&D initiatives makingadjustments asnecessary.EmployeeEngagementSupportinitiatives to foster a positive work culture and enhance employeeengagement.Conductsurveys and gather feedback to assess employee satisfaction andengagementlevels.Assistin the development and implementation of employee recognitionprograms.Actas a liaison between employees and management to address concernsand promote opencommunication.HRAdministrationMaintainaccurate and uptodate employee records including performanceevaluations and traininghistories.Assistin the development and implementation of HR policies andprocedures.Supportrecruitment and onboarding processes asneeded.Handleemployee inquiries and provide guidance on HRrelatedmatters.PREFERREDQUALIFICATIONS ANDCHARACTERISTICS:Bachelorsdegree in Human Resources Management or a relatedfield.Provenexperience in HR roles with a focus on performance management andlearning &development.Strongunderstanding of performance management principles andmethodologies.Familiaritywith learning management systems and training deliverymethods.Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills.Abilityto work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamicenvironment.Certificationin HR or L&D (e.g. PHR SPHR CPLP) is aplus.ADDITIONALNOTES:Interestedcandidates are invited to submit their CV along with a cover letteroutlining their relevant experience and qualifications to.Applicationswill be accepted until 9th May2024.Onlyshortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews.
