Your role involves ensuring the seamless execution of collections and staying ahead of industry trends. The ideal candidate is a passionate and experienced individual with a deep understanding of menswear, a keen eye for detail, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional designs.Key Responsibilities:Lead and inspire the design team to create innovative and trend-setting collections of casual shirts for men and boys.Conduct thorough research on global and local fashion trends, consumer preferences, and market demands to inform the design direction.Conceptualize and present design ideas, sketches, and mood boards that align with Freezone's brand identity and target audience.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including production, marketing, and sales, to ensure design feasibility and market readiness.Oversee the entire design process, from initial ideation to final product, ensuring quality and brand consistency.Stay abreast of emerging technologies, techniques, and sustainable practices in fashion design to enhance Freezone's commitment to innovation.Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.Proven experience as a Fashion Designer with 5-10 years in menswear, particularly in casual shirts.Impressive portfolio showcasing a range of successful designs, demonstrating creativity and a strong understanding of market trends.In-depth knowledge of garment construction, textiles, and manufacturing processes, with an emphasis on casual menswear.Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant tools.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.Passion for menswear fashion and a clear understanding of Freezone's brand ethos.Familiarity with the Indian fashion market and an awareness of cultural influences on fashion trends.If you are a visionary fashion designer looking to make a significant impact in the menswear industry, join us at Freezone and contribute to the continued success and growth of our brand.
