Our client is seeking aresults-driven CFO with strong business acumen and dynamicleadership skills to work at a high growth company, in a rapidlyemerging The CFO will be responsible for all aspects of the Companys finance and accounting division reporting to the companys CEO andoccasionally to the Board of Directors / AuditEnsureFinancial Statements and MD&A are completed under IFRS on atimely basis as required under the TSX reporting timeframesResponsiblefor all accounting under IFRS, accounting systems, consolidation,and auditResponsiblefor ensuring compliance with National Instrument52-109Optimizeand develop the finance & accounting team (hire, manage,develop)Createand implement an in-depth annual budgeting process including budgetanalysis andcomparisonsOverseeand complete the monthly management Ensure that the SeniorManagement team is provided with timely and accurate financialResponsiblefor all financing activities, including the optimal availablefinancial opportunities areManagementof Accounts Payable and working capital process to ensure timely& accurate Ensure a process where invoices are formallyapproved within policyMaximizeinterest on our cash balance within investment policy requirementsand recommend the best course ofDevelopclose working relationships with key personnel working at thecultivation facilities ensuring the accounting systems are alignedwith reporting requirements ( inventory-accounting).
