Towork as manager for the branch and generate revenues with optimumutilization of available resources and would also be responsiblefor building the team of development managers and PFA s,motivating, mentoring and guiding theteamToAchieve the desired revenue targets and persistency targets for thebranchTorecruit effective and efficient team of DMs andPFAsToHandle first level Complaints of Employee, PFA, PolicyHoldersToMaintain the desired Login vs IssuanceRateToMaintain the desired PFA activation rate and percentage of clubqualifiersToPlan for daily, monthly and yearlyactivitiesToConduct and Monitor branch activities on dailybasis.Toprovide Training and inputs to theteam.Tomaintain the desired productmixToInteract with senior management for resolution of criticalissues.ToAdvise the agency force with regularupdatesRequirementsJobRequirements Qualifications:Graduate / PostGraduateExperience: 5 to 7 yearsof Experience in InsuranceSalesFunctionalCompetenciesSalesAbilityCapacity and BusinessPlanningTeamDevelopmentPerformanceManagementBehavioralCompetenciesDemonstrate marketinsightWork with StrategicforesightDeveloping TeamCapabilityDriving TeamResultsAgency PreferableBenefitsSalaryup to 7LPAGoodcareergrowthJob Requirements Qualifications: Graduate / Post GraduateExperience: 5 to 7 years of Experience in Insurance SalesFunctional Competencies Sales Ability Capacity and BusinessPlanning Team Development Performance Management BehavioralCompetencies Demonstrate market insight Work with Strategicforesight Developing Team Capability Driving Team Results AgencyPreferable INT
