Supports the smooth running of thesafety & security department, where all aspects of safety& security are maintained to the highestlevelsWorks proactively to improve guestsatisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely responseto guest enquiriesDelivers on plans andobjectives where safety & security initiatives &hotel targets are achievedManages themaintenance team fostering a culture of growth, development andperformance within the departmentResponsiblefor the departmental budget, ensuring that costs and inventory arecontrolled, that productivity and performance levels areattainedBuilds and maintains effective workingrelationships with all keystakeholdersDelivers an effective plannedpreventative maintenance program addressing maintenance,environmental and conservation mattersEnsuresadherence and compliance to all legislation where due diligencerequirements and best practice activities are planned, deliveredand documented for internal and external audit, performingfollow-up as requiredProven experience insafety & security with excellent problem-solvingcapabilitiesExcellent managerial skills with ahands-on approach and lead-by-example workstyleCommitment to exceptional guest servicewith a passion for the hospitalityindustryAbility to find creative solutions,offering advice and recommendationsPersonalintegrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demandsexcellence, time and energyExperienced inusing IT systems on various platformsStrongcommunication skills INT
