CFOresponsibilitiesinclude:Drivingthe companys financialplanningPerforming risk managementby analyzing the organization s liabilities andinvestmentsDeciding on investmentstrategies by considering cash and liquidityrisksWe are looking foran experienced Chief Financial Officer or CFO toperform effective risk management and plan the organization sfinancial strategy. It is a very important and complex role sincean organization can only survive if it actively investigates andsafeguards its finances.A CFO must bewell-versed in all aspects of financial management ranging fromsimple accounting to broad investment and banking operations. Theideal candidate will be an excellent leader since all relativedepartments of the organization will be under theircommand.The goal is to protect thecompany s revenues and profits to achieve full financial controland sustainablegrowth.ResponsibilitiesDrivethe company s financialplanningPerform risk management byanalyzing the organization s liabilities andinvestmentsDecide on investmentstrategies by considering cash and liquidityrisksControl and evaluate theorganization s fundraising plans and capitalstructureEnsure cash flow isappropriate for the organization soperationsSupervise all financepersonnel (controllers, treasurersetc.)Manage vendorrelationshipsPrepare reliablecurrent and forecasting reportsSetup and oversee the company s finance ITsystemEnsure compliance with thelaw and company s policiesManageteam of financial controlle and financialanalysts.RequirementsRequirementsandskillsProvenexperience as CFO, finance officer or relevantroleIn depth knowledge ofcorporate financial law and risk managementpracticesExcellent knowledge ofdata analysis and forecastingmethodsProficient in the use ofMS Office and financial management software (e.g.SAP)Ability to strategize andsolve problemsStrong leadershipand organizationalskillsExcellent communication andpeople skillsAn analytical mind,comfortable with numbersCPA is astrong advantageBSc/BA inAccounting, Finance or relevant field; MSc/MBA is aplusBenefitsMedicalInsurance - Family Tickets - learning & development Requirements and skills Provenexperience as CFO, finance officer or relevant role In depthknowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practicesExcellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methodsProficient in the use of MS Office and financial managementsoftware (e.g. SAP) Ability to strategize and solve problems Strongleadership and organizational skills Excellent communication andpeople skills An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers CPA is astrong advantage BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field;MSc/MBA is a plus INT
