Assistant F&B CostController The role aims to berecognized as a trusted finance team member. This role supports thefinance lead in all training and development activities to developbestinclass finance professionals and assists in developing theirfinance team. This role supports a robust control and complianceenvironment and contributes to implement EMEA Operations Financeinnovations and projects. What will I bedoingThe Assistant F&B Cost Controlleranalyzes Food & Beverage costs and controls factors toensure the implementation of costeffective measures throughout theFood & Beverage department. This role prepares variousreports and conducts weekly meetings to keep departments anddirectors apprised of trends and cost factors. Specifically youwill be responsible for performing the following tasks to thehighest standards: Plans and directsactions to be performed to correct activities harmful to theprofitability of our food & beverage department.Assists in any other way deemed necessary forthe efficient overall operation of the Finance Department in fullcompliance with the policy regulatory and contractual framework.Business partner with all hotel finance teammembers the F&B department.Participatein all relevant Finance training and development programs. In caseof a joint job role any responsibility relevant joint jobdescriptions will apply in accordance with Hiltons job segregationpolicies.
