Plan and manage preventivemaintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability anduptimeCoordinate and prioritize work orders tominimize production downtimeLead and supervisemaintenance technicians and contractors, providing guidance andtrainingMonitor and maintain inventory ofspare parts and supplies, ensuring availability whenneededDevelop and manage maintenance budgets,tracking expenses and identifying cost-savingopportunitiesIdentify process improvements andequipment upgrades to improve efficiency and reduce maintenanceneedsEnsure compliance with safety regulationsand adherence to company policies andproceduresMaintain accurate records anddocumentation for maintenance activities, including work orders andequipment historyCollaborate with productionand engineering teams to support projects and new equipmentinstallationsMaintain positive relationshipswith vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery andcost-effective solutions.
