Job Description:Management of multiple book/journal projects throughout the life cycle.Create a detailed work plan that identifies, and sequences activities needed to complete the project successfully.Review the quality of work completed on a regular basis, to ensure that it meets the project standards.Follow timelines and deliver within service level agreements.Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders and internal teams on the progress of the projects.Communication with international clients, editors, and authors.Solving any project-related queries and translations for the production teams.Provide daily status updates for projects.Prior knowledge of the above jobs is not required, all training will be provided by the company along with a training plan on the German language.Desired Candidates• Any graduates, only native speaker• Good communication skills in English and German.• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.• Ability to independently plan, organize, implement, monitor, and communicate with internal and external teams.• Analytical and logical reasoning.• Basic knowledge of email communication to explain complex issues and their possible solutions to clients via email.Mode of Interview: Virtual PRB
