We are currently seeking energetic Inside Sales Representatives (SDRs). This position is an integral part of our sales engine. SDRs are a specialized group of individuals always "hunting" for high-value opportunities.SDRs are focused on the front end of the sales cycle and be the face of Arcon. This individual must be a highly motivated, outgoing, self-starter who can identify and develop opportunities from multiple sources, including prospect lists and individual research.Purpose: Responsible for generating a funnel of outbound leads/ prospects to enable conversion by the Sales team.Shift Timing: US Shift (5 pm to 2 am)Responsibilities:• Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales outbound campaigns• Identify and contact potential prospects through cold calls, emails, and .• Research companies to determine fit.• Make around 40-60 cold calls per day.• Present our company to potential prospects• Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services• Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects• Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market• Report to the Sales Manager on sales results• Schedule high-quality meetings and product demonstrations.• Sit in on meetings you've scheduled with an Account Executive.• Create and develop new opportunities for your pipeline.• Follow-up with potential customers who were interested but did not buy.• Develop new sales strategies based on personal successes and failures.Requirements:• A Bachelor's Degree for a reputed University.• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.• Strong work ethic and self-drive.• Ability to think strategically and tactically.• Proven work experience as a Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative, or similar role• Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing, and social outreach.• Track record of achieving sales quotas• Experience working with a CRM, Outreach.io, Sales Navigator, Lusha, or Zoominfo.• Fair understanding of Inside sales performance metrics• Excellent communication and negotiation skills• Ability to deliver engaging presentationsReporting to: Director of SalesMeasures of Success:• Number of Opportunities• Funnel size• Conversion rates PRB
