JobSummary We are seeking a highly skilled andexperienced Manager Internal Audit to join our team. The idealcandidate will be responsible for planning and executing internalaudits identifying areas of improvement and providingrecommendations to enhance the organizations operations.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement audit plans based on riskassessment. Conduct internal audits to assessthe effectiveness of internal controls accuracy of financialrecords and compliance with regulations.Identify areas for improvement and providerecommendations to management. Preparedetailed reports on audit findings and present them tostakeholders. Collaborate with otherdepartments to ensure audit recommendations areimplemented. Stay updated on industry trendsand best practices in internal auditing. Trainand mentor junior auditors as needed. Requirements: Bachelorsdegree in Accounting Finance or related field. CPA or CIAcertification preferred. 5 years of experiencein internal auditing or related field. Strongknowledge of auditing standards and procedures.Excellent analytical and problemsolvingskills. Ability to communicate effectivelywith all levels of the organization.Proficiency in relevant audit software andtools. Strong attention to detail and abilityto work independently.
