RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforcehas a client seeking a Business Operations Analyst in Boca Raton,FL.Summary:An ideal thecandidate would have some knowledge or interest in world affairs,current events, politics, economics, history, criminology and/orsimilar subjects. The candidate will have responsibility for theAmericas regions and will support our three regional offices, so itmay be beneficial for them to have some basic knowledge on thepolitical, economic, and AML/CTF structures specific to thoseregions.The key responsibilities for theanalyst role are: CustomerServices: Provide resolutions to content and policies relatedinquiries from sales, clients, and other departments regarding ourdatabase; This is not technical support or frontline support, butthe intent is for the BOA to be the Subject Matter Expert on thedata and content within the WorldCompliance database, with a focuson the applicable region (e.g.: Americas, EMEA,APAC)Analysis (database/qualitative): Performanalytics and maintenance of the database; Utilize SQL, Tableau, MSOffice, or just simple Google search to identify gaps,discrepancies, and possible enhancements, so the data continues tobe relevant and comprehensive, and meet quality standards; Researchand interpret laws and regulations in other countries, especiallyAnti Money Laundering Laws, regarding financial crimes, politicallyexposed persons, and terrorism in order to provide the researchteams with guidelinesTeam/Project Management:Supervise offshore researcher centers located in 8 offices across 7countries and 4 continents; Monitoring and ensuring production andproductivity, clarifying policies and standards, coordinatingprojects and meetings to ultimately optimize the offices and thetools which they utilize; Act as a liaison between the researchteams and the department director regarding project management,including updating both entities on project statuses with progressreportsREQUIREMENTS:Strong written communicationskillsCritical thinking/researchskillsBasic analyticsskillsProficiency with the Microsoft OfficeSuiteAptitude to work well within a teamatmosphere The pay rangeis the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faithbelieve we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimatelypay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factorslike relevant education, qualifications, certifications,experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, unioncontract and business needs. This range may be modified in thefuture.We offer comprehensive benefitsincluding medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), andlife, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees.Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are noteligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employeeson a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sickleave.Note: Pay is not consideredcompensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. Theamount and availability of any compensation remains inKforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may bemodified in its discretion consistent with thelaw. INT
