KeyResponsibilitiesCollect and critically analyzeinternal and external documents and studies to develop scientificcommunication assets such as posters, publications, and medicaldecks for healthcare providers (HCPs).Assistin the development of scientific communication materials, includingscientific posters, publications, and congress/symposia slidedecks. You should be able to present study design and results ininternal meetings and external scientific and medicalsessions.Stay up to date on new scientificpublications and scientific communication in dermatology andaesthetic skincare. Summarize relevant information that couldassist with clinical study ideation, design, or competitiveresponse.Develop and maintain effectiveworking relationships with cross-functional business partners tounderstand their needs and identify how medical communications canmeet those needs.Collaborate in regularstrategic medical communications meetings with global zones andteams.Manage contracts, regulatory compliance,finances/budget, and data privacy compliance related to globalscientific/academic studies.Maintain andupdate trackers of scientific and medicaldata.Support the development of digitaltools/portals to enhance the medicalportfolio.Provide additional medical relationssupport on various projects in collaboration with marketingupstream strategies and R&I related studies, asneeded.Medical writing experience is required.Please provide published examples for review.Who YouAre 1-3+years of relevant working experience.Amaster's, PhD, or professional healthcare degree (MD, DO,PharmD) is preferred.Preferred areas of studyinclude life and social sciences (such as Chemistry, Biology,Neuroscience, Biological, Physical or Material Sciences, ChemicalEngineering, or related fields) or healthcare (such as Physician,Pharmacists, or related fields).Projectmanagement experience with multiple projects and varyingpriorities, demonstrating a high level of organization andprioritization skills.Excellent communicationskills, both written and verbal, to effectively coordinate multiplestakeholders and share clinical results with relevantparties.Proficiency in Adobe and MicrosoftOffice, with advanced skills inPowerPoint.Excellent written and oralcommunication skills, as well as strong presentationskills.Experience with scientific slide deckcreation and/or medical writing.Workingknowledge of the dermatology therapeutic area ispreferred.Ability to think creatively andconceptually.Proven ability to workeffectively in a cross-functional environment.What Is In It ForYouAs an integral part of ourculture at L'Oréal, wellness is at our core.We not only offer a generous Benefits Package (Medical, Dental,Vision, 401K), we also offer flexible time off, work from homedays, and a pension plan!
