ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement manufacturingprocesses and procedures to improve efficiency andproductivity.Conduct time studies and analyzeproduction data to identify areas forimprovement.Collaborate with cross-functionalteams to design and develop new products, ensuringmanufacturability and cost-effectiveness.Leadand support process improvement projects, utilizing LeanManufacturing and Six Sigmamethodologies.Train and mentor productionpersonnel on best practices and standard operatingprocedures.Support the implementation ofquality control measures and ensure compliance with regulatoryrequirements.Monitor and optimize equipmentperformance, troubleshoot issues, and propose solutions.RequirementsBachelor's degree inMechanical Engineering or a relatedfield.Proven experience as a ManufacturingEngineer, preferably in a productionenvironment.Solid knowledge of manufacturingprocesses, including machining, assembly, andtesting.Proficiency in CAD software, such asSolidWorks or AutoCAD.Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills.Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills.Ability to workindependently and collaboratively in a fast-pacedenvironment.Knowledge of Lean Manufacturingand Six Sigma methodologies is aplus.
