DESCRIPTION OFPOSITION: The InpatientPsychiatric RN top priority is to deliver high quality safe care topsychiatric inpatients in the acute locked hospital The InpatientPsychiatric RN provides direct care and treatment to inpatients andcoordinates the care provided by other nursing The InpatientPsychiatric RN plans and coordinates each patient'sindividual nursing care plans, and implements nursing relatedaspects of the multidisciplinary treatment plan (MDTP).
