2. Supervising ElectronicSurveillance Documenting / Recording Information / Inspection /Investigation / CauseReportResponsible to ensurerecording of all CCTV Surveillance Cameras both static and PTZ forall Port Facilities with occurrences, maintenance of log book withproper handing and taking over, periodic reporting of securitystatus to DPW Regional Security Team, CCC Manager, WS Manager,Shift Security Ops Manager, PFSO Security Control Office, SecurityReports, Surveillance Findings with accuracy and legibility withup-to-date events.Maintain Inventory of asset;follow up on AMC relating to Surveillance Cameras and Equipment asper SLA between WS - DP World UAERegion.Ensure no surveillance system, recordingsystem, servers etc for any misuse, abuse or use of anyunauthorized USB devices that could spread virus, data theft,watching unacceptable material etc.3. Communication andCoordinationMentor and explainrules, policies or regulations of the premises through the postorders to the security staff under the directcontrol.Supervise and continue regularcommunication with security updates to the line manager with followup. Develop and maintain positive relation among the team and locallaw enforcement, attending monthly meetings with a client. MaintainConfidentiality of CCC. Train the CCTV Operators on a job forbetter communications and identifying trainingneeds. 4.Safety and AlarmsSupervise theteam to implement all safety regulations as per the site evacuationplan and instructions, develop and implement measures relating toaccident, incident and other risk.Verify safetyor conformance to standards, investigate disturbances. Call policeor fire departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or presenceof unauthorized persons; help the local police in case ofemergencies such as thefts or violence.Maintaingood rapport and coordination with Technical and Engineering SystemAdministrators for a smooth technical support for all CCTVinfrastructures and report for rectification when such needarises. 5. Grooming /PunctualityMust lead as anexample and supervise to ensure that the entire team meet thestandards relating to the grooming, and punctuality. Supervise CCTVOperators for alertness and attentive performance to deliver thetask at all the times. Supervise and Maintain clean attendancerecord and avoid a late arrival on a site. Initiate disciplinaryaction on CCTV Operators when an incident of bad grooming orindiscipline reported.Responsible forPerformance review of CCTV Operators in line with thedepartment's vision and mission against the DepartmentKPIs.
