• Excellent understanding of theproject lifecycle• Excellentunderstanding of Business Transformation Frameworks, Agilemethodologies and bestpracticetechniques.•A thorough understanding of the purpose, value, culture andfundamentals of Global Transformation•Strong understanding of banking and understanding of how changedrives benefits for International Banking, its customers and otherstakeholdersExperience•Extensive project management skills and experience of managinglarge and complex projects• Strongpeople manager and broad experience in managing large teams ofdifferent work streams• Multiple strongexamples of the delivery of on time and on budget projects thatachieve business case stated outcomes - a driver withbias towards delivery at pace and controlling projectoutcomes• In depth experience ofworking in a banking environment and changeprojects• Good stakeholder managementexperience, especially impactful communication, influencing andrunning project governance Implementation, change management andbenefits realisation• Implementation,change management and benefits realisation INT
