About OurClientThis is an exceptionalopportunity to join a dynamic team within a leading sovereignwealth fund in Abu Dhabi. You'll be part of a lean teamthat plays a pivotal role in shaping the fund's corporatedevelopment initiatives, contributing to its strategic direction,and driving operational excellence. What the jobinvolvesAs aSenior Associate In Corporate Development, YouWillCollaborate on the development andexecution of corporate-wide initiatives within the fund related tonon-investment corporate strategyIdentifyoperational and process improvements across theorganisationManage large, transformativeprojects with multiple stakeholders, reporting to the ManagementCommittee as neededTake ownership of specificwork streams within a project management framework, designingimproved processes, identifying operational challenges, andbuilding consensus for change.Prepare updatesfor leadership and the Management CommitteeThe3 key areas of accountability are: Supporting CorporateDevelopment, Project Management and StakeholderEngagementWho we are lookingfor Theideal candidate will have previous experience in consulting andhave worked in a organisational/corporate strategy role for afinancial business (Banking, PE, Pensions, Asset Managementetc)Minimum 5 years of experience in rolesinvolving strategy and corporate development, focused on changemanagement, project management, organisational strategy and/orprocess improvementA bachelor's and/or master's degree from a leading institution in fieldssuch as business administration, finance, economics, orequivalentAdditional experience ininvestment-related roles is advantageousDesireand ability to relocate to AbuDhabi INT
