Job Posting: Finance ManagerJob Type: FulltimeJob Location: Abu DhabiUAE KeyResponsibilities:Oversee the preparation and analysis offinancial reports budgets andforecasts.Develop and implement financialpolicies and procedures.Ensure compliance withall financial regulations and laws applicable in Abu Dhabi and theUAE.Manage the financial planning processincluding annual budgets and longterm financialprojections.Conduct financial analysis toidentify trends variances and opportunities for costsavings.Supervise and mentor finance teammembers.Coordinate with external auditors andmanage the audit process.Liaise with otherdepartments to support overall businessobjectives.Monitor cash flow accounts andother financial transactions.Provide strategicfinancial insights and recommendations to seniormanagement.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting orrelated field (Masters degree or professional certification such asCPA CMA or ACCA is preferred).Minimum of 5years of experience in a finance managementrole.Strong knowledge of financial regulationsand laws in Abu Dhabi and the UAE.Proficiencyin financial software and tools (e.g. SAP OracleQuickBooks).Excellent analyticalorganizational and communicationskills.Demonstrated ability to lead and managea team.High level of integrity anddependability with a strong sense of urgency andresultsorientation.PreferredQualifications:Experience in yourindustry/sector.Familiarity with internationalaccounting standards(IFRS/GAAP).Remote Work : No INT
