II. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSA.Oversees, supervises, inspects, schedules, assigns, prioritizes,and participates in heavy equipment maintenance, generalmaintenance, and construction work; coordinates work assignmentswith other supervisors to ensure efficient use of resources; andprovides technical expertise.B. Oversees thepreparation of estimates for Heavy equipment's,materials, and resources required for projects; approves andinitiates requisitions for materials and supplies; and preparesreports and maintains records of repairs.C.Trains and supervises offender maintenance and constructionworkers; and ensures compliance with applicable safety rules,regulations, and standards.D. Assists inmaintaining security of assigned offenders. * Performs a variety ofmarginal duties not listed, to be determined and assigned asneeded. INT
