Work Experience &Required CompetenciesMinimum 10-12 years with specializedexperience in regional rewards management, preferably inmultinational organizations, retail business or companies ininnovative industries.Strong experienceleading and implementing rewards projects across multiple markets.Well versed with local employment law.Strongexperiences designing sales incentiveplans.Strong experiences in expatriatecompensation plan design and management.Wellversant with job evaluation methodology.Highlyanalytical, meticulous, organized and resultsoriented.Strong drive to make thingshappen.Strong capability to prioritize, managemultiple projects and meet deadlines.Strongwritten and verbal communication skills, together with strongpresentation skills.Strong interpersonalskills to engage professionally with different levels ofstakeholders for close work partnership locally, regionally andglobally.Agile, ability to use discretion anddeal effectively with uncertainty, change andambiguity.Innovative, open-minded, proactive,independent and customer orientated.Strongunderstanding of the Brand, Business andRetail.Strong experience in using common HRIStools.High learningagility.Well versed with external rewardstrends, strong external network.Emotionallygrounded and humble INT
