Join our global team to grow your expertise and developinnovative solutions that enable a prosperous and more sustainablesociety.Weare looking for a/an Order Processing and Logistic Coordinator tojoin our FEWIBU team in United Arab Emirates.Your maintasks andresponsibilities:Reviewhandover sheet as well as customers Purchase Orders to ensurepurchases meet requirements of both buying and selling legalentities highlighting item details and terms and conditions priorto booking in SAP system.Book Sales Orders inSAP and create Purchase Orders.Overallresponsibility for all assigned project deliverables including butnot limited to hardware financial and commercial outputs disputemanagement customer satisfaction and on timedelivery.Ensuring export control checks foreach orders as well as DoA compliance.Paymentfollow ups overdue checks and creating monthly report in alignmentwith finance.Check all orders received forcommercial and technical correctnessEnsureOrder Confirmations are submitted to customers in accordance withcustomers PO and selling entitys OrderConfirmation.Monitor progress of all liveorders and ensure customers are updatedaccordingly.Coordinate between customers andentities to clarify and resolve procurement issues as well as afterSales complaints.Keep accurate records ofdiscrepancies and prepare monthlyreportPrepare and obtain shipping documentsand coordinate delivery procedures / instructions between customersand entities.Generate dispatch and trackCommercial Invoices which should be sent to customers by email andcourier.Submit required copies of IntercompanyInvoices Commercial Invoices and Proof of Delivery to FinanceDepartment.Update orders latest deliveryposition to maintain accuracy in Monthly Sales Forecast andexpedite as requiredIssue delivery statusreports to relevant Sales Managers.Completenecessary information in Sales Orders Business Reports forKPI.Organize and file relevant communicationsand documentations by electronic and hardcopy.Participate in and actively supportcompany initiatives and make improvement suggestions whereable.Assist when requested other departmentswithin Suler Pumps MiddleEast.To succeed in this role you willneed:SAPconversant.Sales Forceconversant.General Computer skills MicrosoftOffice etc .Good Oral and writtenEnglish.Office Administrationskills.Attention todetail.Organisational and Time Managementskills.Adaptability andflexibility.Our team is looking forward hearing fromyou!Sulzeris an equal opportunity employer.
