ResponsibilitiesProvides direct and ongoing guidanceto a diverse team of direct reportsAbility tomanage people across geographies to drive workforce development andachieve desired resultsAbility to balanceresources, people, and business tradeoffs across multiple projectsin a fast- paced, dynamicenvironmentCommunicates project status andescalates issues to direct managers, program managers, and internaland external partners.Manages relationshipswith outsourced partners and suppliers, including settingexpectations regarding deliverables, product quality, schedules,and costs; ensures that team members are effectively communicatingand collaborating with outsourcedresourcesQuality focused and proactivelyidentifies opportunities for process improvement and costreductions opportunitiesProvides people-caremanagement for assigned team members, including hiring, setting andmonitoring of annual performance plans, coaching, and careerdevelopment; ensures that proper knowledge and career developmenttools are in place to support ongoing team member and processdevelopmentEducation AndExperienceBS in Computer Engineering, ComputerScience, or related Engineering FieldAdvanceduniversity degree is a plusTypically, 5 ormore years of related work experience, which may include peoplemanagement experience.Knowledge AndSkillsGrowth Mindset: We are passionateabout building a team who can apply a growth mindset, learn quicklyand can make things happen.Guide from theFront: Create a high-performance culture, while providing support,mentorship and guidance to your team.
