1- Lead Piping layout Engineer Job: Full TimeLocation: Abu Dhabi, UAE Job Responsibilities: Project coordination of Piping team and reporting to Project or Engineering Manager on project related matters Act as Piping Lead Engineer for the project. Planning, scheduling and execution of discipline activities and deliverables, including manhour estimating when requested. Manage discipline work to the required schedule and manpower allocation, including requesting personnel as identified by the plan, and day-to-day supervision of piping discipline personnel on the project. This includes approval of timesheets, holiday approval and overtime approval where delegated Job Requirements: Degree qualified in the field, with minimum 20 years industrial experience of which 15 years shall be in the Oil and Gas industry with extensive experience in the piping engineering and design plus layout of offshore installations through the Concept, FEED and detailed design phases. Experience in the wider piping engineering and design layout for onshore based facilities will also be necessary Candidate must have the leadership quality to effectively manage a team of engineers to deliver to the committed project schedule, cost and quality requirements, and to be confident in managing relationships with the client and internal Wood stakeholders The candidate must lead the team through adherence to Wood policies, standards, and procedures and lead by examples in ethical conduct #J-18808-Ljbffr AGG
