Lead team scrums to define productvision, roadmap, and growth opportunities, and communicate withstakeholders throughout theproject.Collaborate with the contacts toanalyze needs and align product roadmap to strategicgoals.Work closely with Business Units, IT BAand ITSM teams to create and maintain product backlog according tobusiness value.Remain up to date on trends andbest practices for agile projectmanagement.Plan and prioritize productdevelopment and product featurebacklog.Develop detailed product featurespecifications and ensure they are clearly understood by allteamsAssess value, develop cases, andprioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work aligns withproduct strategy.Mitigate roadblocks toachieving sprint/release goals.Lead theproduct-release plans and set expectations for delivery of newfunctionalities.Serve as product ambassadorinternally and externally, sharing knowledge and answeringquestionsEducationalQualifications And CertificationsMinimumBachelor'sDegree in related disciplineCSPOCertification INT
