As a Grants Analyst, youwill be responsible for managing and analyzing financialinformation related to grants, ensuring compliance with regulationsand standards, and supporting our financial planning and budgetingprocesses. This role requires a strong understanding budgetplanning, as well as the ability to analyze financial reports andmanage month-end processes. The ideal candidate will have at least2 years of experience in a similarrole.ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee financial aspectsof grants, ensuring compliance withstandards.Prepare, analyze, and interpretcomplex financial reports and projections, providing insights andrecommendations to the management team.Assistin the development and implementation of budgets and financialplans.Utilize Salesforce to manage and trackgrant-related financial data.Work closely withthe Grants team to ensure accurate and timely financialreporting.Conduct financial analysis andforecasting for grant-funded projects.Providesupport in the preparation of audit materials and facilitateexternal audits.Collaborate with variousdepartments to understand financial needs and provide appropriateguidance.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance,Accounting, or related field.Minimum of 2years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in theNon-Profit industry.Strong ability to analyzefinancial reports and manage month-endprocesses.Experience with grant analysis andfinancial management.Excellent analyticalskills with an attention to detail.Strongcommunication skills, both verbal andwritten.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,particularly Excel.Ability to workindependently and as part of a team.Strongproblem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisionsbased on accurate and timelyanalyses.Knowledge of federal, state, andlocal funding sources and grant-related compliance requirements isa plus.
