Capitol Bridge is currently seeking afull-time on-site Supervisor to joinour team in Columbia, South Carolinasite, pending contract award, with anticipated startdate of May, 2023.  Since 2012, ouremployees have been entrusted with helping the business ofgovernment work better for our customers. We are looking for anexperienced Supervisor to supervisor and motivate our customerservice representatives to meet and exceed our client'sexpectations. The supervisor will serve as first point of contactto customer service staff and will facilitate positive andconstructive feedback to ensure their team(s) have the tools theyneed to succeed in theirrole.This is afull-time position. The call center is operational between thehours of 8am to 6pm, Monday throughFriday.To prepareyou for this endeavor, Capitol Bridge will offer paid,comprehensive training that will provide you the tools andresources to assist with the highest level of service, support andprofessionalism.Payand Benefits:Base Rate: $29/hrMedical, Dental, and Vision benefitsavailable401(k) available with companymatchPaidholidaysPTOEssentialDuties and Responsibilities include (but not limitedto):Be a model citizen betweenall levels of employeeengagement.Responsiblefor supervision, development, and coaching of CSRs to assureproductivity, quality, attendance, and timeliness of work in thecompletion of assigned projects and departmentalgoals.Perform tasksto assure service level requirements; RTA, AHT, Adherence goals aremet.Assumeleadership responsibility for department tasks and call centeractivities asrequired.Completeand deliver employee performanceappraisals.Supervisorswill work closely with customer service representatives and otherSupervisors as well as Operations Representatives, Customer ServiceManagers and Program Managers within functional areas of theproject.Knowledgeof the CSR Monthly Goal and Review (CMGAR) or other performancescorecard management processpreferred.AttendCalibration sessions for the purpose of keeping current on qualitychanges.Facilitateand deliver training as required under department guidelinesincluding OJT, initiatives, and uptraining.Act as aPoint of Contact asrequired.Supportand enforce call center expectations as well as departmental andcorporate policies andprocedures.Log into Queues as required during high call volume and/or all handsstatus.Communicatepertinent program updates in a timelymanner.Complete anddeliver performance warnings asapplicable.Reviewcontract scope andrequirements.Performother duties asassigned.Educationand Qualifications:Bachelor'sdegree or equivalent work experiencepreferred.6 monthssupervisor or leadership experience and team interaction skillsarerequiredMinimum2 years of customer serviceexperienceAbilityto communicate effectively in English, both verbally and inwritingUses goodjudgment, ability to make independent decisions andproactivelyproblem solve asrequired.Mustbe organized and have strong time managementskills.May berequired to travel to customer and other clientsites.Experiencewith, or knowledge of, the Medicaid Program and healthinsuranceindustrypreferred.Musthave PC skills (Microsoft Office) with an emphasis onExcel.Maintainschedule flexibility due to business needs; anticipate assignedshift changeat anytime.Ability tointeract with all levels ofmanagement.Stronganalytical and organizationalskills.Bilingualis preferred, notrequired.Basicmath skillsrequired.AboutCapitol Bridge Founded in 2012, CapitolBridge is based in Arlington, Virginia and is a SBA 8(a) CertifiedSmall Disadvantaged Business with proven expertise providingindependent medical reviews, records/data management services,medical coding, administrative staffing and eligibilityreviews.ReasonableAccommodationCapitol Bridgecomplies with federal and state disability laws and makesreasonable accommodations for applicants and employees withdisabilities.
