· Research best practices in humanperformance and design and revise performance management system forthe Group.· Advise departments onbetter methods to improve departmentalresults.· Update framework forimproving Group incentive systems.·Design Goal, KRA and KPI based on leading practices to provide afair and transparent performance managementsystem.· Conduct Mid-Year and AnnualPerformance Review process systemmanagement.· Execute the PMSadministration system for the entireorganization.· Support all otherPerformance Management related initiatives, processes andtools.· Maintain repository of allPMS-related documents· Manageemployee concerns, clarifications and issues for PMS process andportal related support· Preparevarious MIS Reports, data analysis and reportingdocuments· Continually improvesprocesses to develop Performance Appraisalsystems.· Design and developcommunication programs to link Group's management toperformance management.· Establishmethods to reduce turnover related to poorperformance.· Implements thecompetency framework system within the Group and trains Managers tocarry out competency assessment, determine employee developmentneeds and provide support.·Coordinate with the staff C&B to ensure ongoingcompetitiveness within the job marketplace; regularly reviews andevaluates the staff pay plan and prepares costed recommendationsfor market-based adjustments.
