Job Title: StoreAdministratorLocation:Abu DhabiDepartment:RetailOperationsReports To:StoreManagerJob Summary:The Store Administrator will oversee the daily administrativeoperations of a retail chain flower shop. The role includesmanaging office tasks supporting customer service coordinating withsuppliers and assisting in inventory management. The idealcandidate is detailoriented highly organized and has excellentcommunicationskills.KeyResponsibilities:1.AdministrativeDuties:Manage daily administrative tasks including filing data entry andhandlingcorrespondence.Maintain accurate records of sales expenses andinventory.Prepare reports and assist in budgeting and financialplanning.2.CustomerService:Assist customers with inquiries and resolve complaints in aprofessional and timelymanner.Process orders including phone and online orders and ensureaccuratefulfillment.Coordinate special events promotions and customorders.3.InventoryManagement:Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timelyrestocking.Conduct regular inventory audits and update inventory managementsystems.Manage the receiving and distribution of flower stock andsupplies.4.StaffCoordination:Assist in scheduling and coordinating staff shifts andbreaks.Support the training of new staff and provide ongoingadministrativesupport.Ensure compliance with company policies andprocedures.5.StoreOperations:Oversee the maintenance and organization of thestore.Assist in visual merchandising to enhance the store sappearance.Ensure that the store meets health and safetyregulations.6.Communication:Act as a liaison between the store manager staff and headoffice.Communicate effectively with suppliers customers and otherstakeholders.Handle promotional materials and storecommunications.RequirementsQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higherpreferred.Previous experience in retail administration or customerservice.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word ExcelOutlook).Strong organizational and multitaskingskills.Excellent verbal and written communicationskills.Ability to work independently and as part of ateam.
