Job Summary

In this exciting role, you'll be a key player in shaping the user experience for the moCal brand. You'll leverage your design expertise to create intuitive, user-centered interfaces that are both visually appealing and functionally sound. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless design and development process.

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct user research and analysis to understand user needs and pain points.

Develop user personas and journey maps to inform design decisions.

Design high-fidelity mockups and prototypes for web and/or mobile applications.

Ensure UI consistency with moCal's brand guidelines and overall visual identity.

Collaborate with developers to ensure the technical feasibility and successful implementation of designs.

Participate in usability testing, gather user feedback, and iterate on designs based on insights.

Stay current on UI design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Primary Skills:

1-3 years of experience in UI design with a proven track record of success.

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for layout, typography, and color theory.

Proficiency in UI design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.).

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field (or equivalent experience).
