Overview :To identify potential customers, as well as retain current customers through carrying out sales activities including technical product discussions in order to achieve the agreed sales targets within sales operational plans .Job objectives: Meet established annual sales targets, and schedule own activities to ensure achievement of agreed targetsRespond to customers' technical inquiriesEnsure continuous communications with customers to identify and address their current and future needs Provide price quotations for the customers as their requirementsFollow-up with customers to ensure collection of credit paymentsEnsure continuous communications with customers to identify and address their current and future needs Identify opportunities and advise customers on the market's offerings to increase customers' loyalty to ACC Identify and address disputes with customers to ensure customer retention and protect ACC's market positioningContribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of business process, cost reduction and productivity improvement.Requirements:3 years of experience in sales operationsPrevious industry knowledgeCustomer Relationship Management skills
