FP&A Analyst - Real Estate firm

The FP&A Analyst will be responsible for conducting financial forecasting, budgeting, and thorough analysis to support strategic decision-making across the company. The ideal candidate shall have strong financial modeling, reporting & formatting skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and excellent communication abilities.Responsibilities:Prepare budgets, detailed forecasts, and long-range financial plans.Develop and maintain financial models for various business units and projects.Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for financial analysis.Conduct monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and management reporting.Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports as needed to support decision-making.Assist in the evaluation of potential investments and projects.Continuously improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or a similar role.Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel advanced techniques such as macros; and ERP systems.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.Strong knowledge in power point reporting, formatting and charting.Experience in the real estate sector is preferable.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Salary : 10'000-14'000 SAR monthly
