As Sales Supervisor your job description would be as follows: Supervise and Co-ordinate sales staff and sell merchandise.l Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages. Assign duties to staff and prepare work schedule. Hire and arrange training for new staff members. Prepare reports regarding sales volume and maintain specified inventory. Authorize payments by cheques and the return of merchandise.
