Bioneutra North America Inc. is looking for a Account Manager - Sales NOC 60010 Duties as Account Manager- Sales NOC 60010 NOC but not limited: - Plan directed and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale and retail and other establishments - Organize regional and divisional sales operations - Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales - Determine strategic planning related to new product lines - Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients such as wholesalers, distributors, realtors, direct customers, sales channels and managing negotiations of sales contracts in the best interests of clients and organizations - Recruit, organize, train and manage staff - Collaborates with the marketing department to understand and effectively convey marketing messages to the field. - Generate new sales using existing and potential customer networks. - Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives. - Forecasting and monitoring account metrics for each client - Communicating progress of quarterly, monthly, and yearly initiatives to stakeholders - Preparing account reports as requested by clients - Collaborating with other teams and departments to meet client needs and create new opportunities - Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams and ensuring the flow of product timely and accurate delivery to meet customer needs and aims - Providing customer service to clients on all accounts - Developing beneficial working relationships with all relevant stakeholders Job Requirements: Languages : English Education : Bachelor Degree Experience : 1 year - 2 years Wage: $55.00 - $56 00 per hour / Full time Email: Sales & Marketing
