Identity Developer

We are looking for Identity Developer for the Sydney location. This is a permanent role for a global IT service provider.Field of Responsibility (4-14 Years)Support Levels: Provide Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 support for various platforms. Handle small critical changes across all listed platforms. Platform Maintenance: Ensure the health and currency of platforms. Manage operating system/server vulnerabilities with adherence to SLAs and timely fixes. Incident/Request/Problem Management: Oversee Onboarding, Provisioning, De-Provisioning, and Termination processes for users and access. Adhere to SLAs and resolve incidents, requests, and problems promptly. User Access Management: Conduct regular User Access Reviews to ensure security and compliance. Implement and manage Azure Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). Technology Support: One Identity Suite: Proficiently manage Identity Manager and Password Manager functionalities. Skills and Experience (4-14 Years)Educational Background: Hold a graduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Alternatively, possess equivalent education in the specified subjects. Work Experience: Demonstrate a track record of 3-7 years of work experience.
