Our priority is to help our clients live empowered and independently at home.A successful candidate will have the following:Ability to provide companion/personal and domestic careA passion for respectfully empowering and caring for peopleExcellent written and verbal skillsAble to work autonomously and as part of a teamHigh level of time management and organisational abilityQualificationsCertificate III in Aged Care, Community Care or Disability CareSatisfactory Australian National Police checkCurrent or willing to obtain a first aid and CPR certificateDriver's licence and your own carExcellent communication skills including verbal and writtenAbility to work autonomously, and as part of a teamAbility to problem-solve, think creatively, and find innovative solutionsUnderstanding of professional boundaries, privacy, and confidentiality
