As a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be a crucial member of our design team, responsible for developing innovative and efficient mechanical solutions. You will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring ideas from concept to reality.Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and develop mechanical designs for new products.

Utilize expertise in injection molding, sheet metal design, and rapid prototyping to create efficient and manufacturable designs.

Conduct feasibility studies and analyze design concepts to ensure performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

Generate detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and BOMs for manufacturing.

Completes activities with robust performance through a plan or program.

Applies technical competencies in somewhat difficult situations.

Identifies technical problems and provides innovative and creative solutions.

Generates alternatives and takes reasonable risks while solving technical problems.

Coach and develop team members.

Report and escalate to management as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in the areas of injection molding, sheet metal, and rapid prototyping.

Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and other relevant design tools.

Strong knowledge of design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.

Exceptional Leadership Skills.
